everyone's seen them. those ratty little kids on scooters doing there thing, trying to be "extreme" and do "tailwhips" and such. you have seen adults on scooters, in business suits, rolling downtown with their jackets and ties flapping in the breeze, legs squeezed together with some strange, awkward posture. you might have even seen a kid at a skatepark rolling over ramps, throwing that thing around trying to do tricks. you look at them, you laugh and think to yourself "how ridiculous. why doesn't that kid just get a skateboard or a bike?"
